Hotel staff was very friendly, clean hotel.
Clean and tidy only no grab bars.
Very clean and tidy room. I’m giving it four star since we needed handicap accessible and were disappointed that the toilet was a low one, which is hard to do when you have bad knees. And besides that there are no grab handles by the commode. So if you are needing that assistance don’t get this room. But otherwise very nice and clean. Adrian MI, Room 304.

We really like this hotel and have stayed there a number of times. My only complaint: there is a smell in the lobby that is like sewage. I mentioned this to staff. One said others have mentioned it. Thank god our room didn’t the smell. I was in town for a party for my mom and I told friends to stay there. They too said “why is there a sewer odor?” Corporate has got to address this!!!
