The hotel room was very nice with a lot of space. Unfortunately, there was not hot water in the shower the entire visit and the pillows were the most uncomfortable pillows I have ever used.

Great hotel located within ten minutes of Lower Broadway. We found all the staff to very friendly and very knowledgeable. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and our room was excellent. The tenth floor sky bar was an awesome place to start or finish your night, we really enjoyed our bartenders, Megan did a great job keeping everyone happy and was a real asset to your organization. Several members of the staff mentioned that they were like a family and they all seemed dedicated to making us feel welcome and appreciated. The location and people make this a great place to stay.

The location was an easy walking distance to Broadway and the Gulch. So many beautiful murals encountered on our walks to the Gulch and Broadway. The staff here was so friendly and helpful.

Everything was top notch, it is a beautiful hotel. I was just disappointed they charged us for parking when we are diamond members.

My stay was very pleasant. The staff is always willing to help. The room and lobby are very clean. The free breakfast every morning was a bonus! The location is convenient. It is close to everything. 5-7 minutes from Broadway. 10 minutes from the airport. Ride share is typically available within 3-5 minutes. I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel.
