Hampton Inn continues to improve
Over recent months the Hampton Inn has improve significantly. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast experience is excellent, new offerings and improvements in quality and presentation has improved. The check in and out process is easy and accurate. The staff overall are extremely cordial and helpful.
Convenient location comfortable rooms
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. Every time I’ve had a very clean room, a comfortable bed and overall very pleasant experience. The free breakfast is a very nice perk.

Room had high humidity.
Our room was very damp (high humidity) and the A/C unit couldn't make the room comfortable to sleep. Ask front desk the 1st day to check unit but the dampness remained.

The highway road raging ruined our sleep. We were up till after 3 am listening to the speeding jerks on I 10! We had moved our son into his apartment all day so we were exhausted. Worst night ever and we like Hampton Inn!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites in the Heights in Houston Texas. All if the staff provided excellent service and were attentive to our needs. This is our second time staying there, and we will be back.
