Room had high humidity.
Our room was very damp (high humidity) and the A/C unit couldn't make the room comfortable to sleep. Ask front desk the 1st day to check unit but the dampness remained.

The room was very spacious and I appreciated the suite divider door locked. The parking lot is behind a gate so I felt like my car was secure at night and I loved how Dona Letis was right there in the parking lot.

The property is well-built and clean. The staff was nice but not helpful. I had an issue with my keycard during the entire trip. The staff was made aware of the issue four times and in those four times, the issue was never fixed. Again, the workers were nice but I didn’t feel like they helped out as much as they could. I paid over $350 only to be limited with the use of the amenities. I doubt I’ll ever return again.
