Would love to come back and stay again.

I have stayed there twice in the last month or so. Everyone is polite. The hotel is extremely clean. Prices are very reasonable. Location is fantastic. Don't think I will use any other hotel from here on out.

The minute I walked in, I was met with a beautiful smile. That atmosphere continued throughout our stay! The rooms (and entire hotel) are immaculate! The staff is phenomenal! Absolute BEST! Will definitely stay here a lot! Top notch all around and reasonable prices and quiet. Great location!

The hotel and room were clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The complimentary breakfast and coffee were a nice touch, and the bed was firm and comfortable for a good night's sleep. However, the lack of hot water for a shower in the room was disappointing and took away from the overall experience. Addressing that issue would make this a great stay!

The location and Service was good just the shower didnt have any HOT water had to take a quick cold shower other guest we knew said the same thing for them and the Heater in the room would turn on to cold then heat up to much unconsistance

Hot water was unreliable throughout our stay. We heard a range of excuses and suggestions, including running both the shower and tub faucet until the water warmed up. After about ten minutes of running the water, the water would at least turn from cold to warm. We only had hot showers one morning out of our three day stay. The reasons given by the front desk were: (1) they had a new tankless water heater, (2) it took time for the hot water to get to certain rooms at the end of the building (this one didn't seem applicable to us as we stayed in the middle of the floor, by the elevators), and (3) the hot water must have run out because drunk concertgoers all arrived back at the hotel at the same time. We had a minor issue with our door after our first night, in that it would not lock, but that was quickly fixed by maintenance, and for the rest of our stay, the deadbolt would get stuck, and we would subsequently have to manually open and close the door handle to get the deadbolt unstuck in order to fully lock it again. The door issue was a minor annoyance, and the hot water issue was more problematic.

Morgan at the front desk was awesome, very polite and helpful.
