Very nice staff! Enjoyable stay!
I stayed the day before Halloween and the lobby was decorated so nicely. The staff had a pumpkin contest and customers were invited to vote. So creative! But more importantly, the staff was so nice, every single one of them! Customer service in America has declined rapidly, so it's refreshing and wonderful to have friendly interactions with one another. Being nice to be nice. Thanks to each of the staff for making my stay enjoyable.

Room was spacious & clean. Decor a little drab, sparse. A/C unit worked well but quite loud at times. Oddly the evening we arrived the hallway smelled like Marijuana & on occasion the air coming in from the A/C unit also smelled that way. In the AM it was fine. When booking we requested extra pillows, none were provided. When asking at the front desk we needed to share medical issues in order to get more than 1 pillow. Have never experienced this at any other facility! Also for some odd reason Firestick won't work there so I concur with other viewers on this annoyance & TV guide doesn't work either. Disappointing. Probably would not return even though this is the highest rated hotel in the area.

Staff super friendly ( especially Torrie) that monitored the breakfast buffet. Don’t remember the lady at the front desk (there were 2 of them) both super friendly. So I look forward to seeing them when I visit family for Christmas
