I had inadvertently made a reservation thru Expedia rather than directly with hotel. Could not use my Hilton Honors points. He shared with me how to be certain I was making reservation directly wit hotel rather than 3rd party. Very pleased with this Hampton Inn!

The gentleman working night shift was incredibly kind and apologized before we even saw the state of the room. He was the ONLY person working and the cleaning staff walked out the same day. With that said, the room was ok. Sheets were clean and beds were comfy and there were plenty of clean linens in the bathroom. The room however smelled like dog and stale cigarettes. The floor had the previous persons hair ties and loose change on it. The location of the hotel is a little sketch at night as well. In a pinch, it was "ok" ... we survived but when booking, I read the reviews and saw an 8.2 rating. I'd give it a 5 at best.
