The tub shower had no mat and was very slick resulted in my fiancée slipping and falling out onto the bathroom floor. She cut two fingers and bruised her ribs. The hotel had us fill out an incident report and take a picture of her cut hand. Because we didn’t go to a doctor the hotel has made no effort to even apologize for anything.

Drive 3.5 hours from another state. Booked a suite with kitchenette since we were there for multi day lacrosse events. We needed the space. They gave us a 2 queen bed room. Not a suite as booked. They had no other suites available. They took my money that I paid for a suite and would not offer a refund or credit. They suggested canceling the reservation or calling the manager on Monday. The box springs were exposed. The blanket was yellowed. The lamp didn’t work and there were no ceiling lights so that was fun getting ready. No updates to the room. No ceiling to floor mirror. Stay somewhere else. Outdated, gross bedding, exposed box springs that look like your grandma’s, unhelpful staff…not worth it. They didn’t care. They cared amount taking my money knowing they didn’t have a suite available at the time of booking. That’s bad business. Hampton’s are a dying chain. Book a different brand altogether.

Right from the beginning, it was a poor stay. The person at registration sent us to our room without writing down the number, didn't tell us where the elevator was or what time breakfast was. When we went to the room, we discovered the beds were unmade and there was trash. We luckily were given another room. This room smelled like old fart, but it was very late at night to request another room. Throughout the hotel, carpets were unvacummed. A dirty coffee cup sat on the fifth floor table ext to the elevator the entire two nights we were there. Staff very unfriendly, no smiling or greeting. Breakfast items were not replenished, no milk, no grapes, and dirty tables. Very disappointed.
