My room had a hideaway bed in it(🥳) The bathroom came with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, an lotion permanently attached to it. My night sleep was wonderful room was more than comfortable I didn’t wake up with red rashes or nothing. The breakfast was filling 🍳🥞🥣 and the overall experience made me feel very secure and safe. 💟.

The property is very close to Austin Bergstrom Airport which is why I stayed there. I have stayed there on two occasions.
My only concern about the hotel is that both times I stayed there, a handful of homeless people mill around very near the property. It is not the fault of the hotel, but since I have seen it on both stays, I presume these are "regulars" who roam the general area.
Besides that, the hotel has been pleasant to stay at.

Let me start by saying that there was nothing wrong with the hotel, my 1 star review comes from my arrival and check in. After being on the road all day and arriving almost at midnight, I was told they had to give one of my rooms away. I was like, what’s the point of making a reservation in advance, just to have the them give away your room to someone else. I had to wait an hour before another room was ready. So basically I had a room for about 3 hours because I had an early flight the next day. UNBELIEVABLE!

Inside was spotless. Workout room was lacking but of most importance was the pool area. The pool was filthy and the area around the pool was filthy with bird poop everywhere. The water level was too high so skimmer was ineffective.

Found staff very helpful, morning shuttle didn’t show up for airport, right away lift was arranged for all travelers. Convenient to airport.

Planned on staying just one night but weather cancel my flight snd decided to go back to this hotel. The great service begins at the airport with the prompt and attentive staff. I was picked up at rush hour in bad weather inn10’ after calling the hotel. Staff inside are very helpful, spotless room and very decent service.
Will go back again!
