I wended up having to cancel my reservation because of an emergency. Because I didn’t do it before the deadline they said I can’t get even a partial refund. This was a medical emergency that happened early in the morning and this was not my fault and I feel that I should get at least a partial refund.

Overall it was very good. The thermostat in our room didn't work so sometimes it got a bit too hot, and the cable would go out frequently but otherwise it was a good, clean room.
