Ridiculous policy on hotel stays for Hilton Honors members.
Made reservations upon arrival they told me I couldn’t stay there due to living within 50 mikes of hotel. This was last minute stay as wife unexpectedly ended up in hospital overnight in lieu of outpatient surgery. Policy needs to change for Hilton Honors members. Even manager in duty was a jerk.

Good to have a warm and welcoming place to go to after visiting family and running around Asheville during the holidays especially now after Hurricane Helena.

We enjoyed a brief but memorable stay in Asheville,NC. The hotel has been updated to the most useful components for a nice stay.
Excellent Stay During Tropical Storm
We got into the hotel just as the tropical storm began (about 2:00 a.m. Friday morning). We went to bed and by the time we woke up, the storm had done its damage. There was no electricity, no phone service, nothing not even water. We left on Sunday morning. In between, I would have to say that the hotel workers went above and beyond the call of duty in every way to keep us comfortable and informed. I am so grateful for those people and how they looked after us. I am hoping that, once things get back to normal, the hotel can hold a dinner to recognize the efforts of those individuals.
Staff and service amazing!
Daniel was so kind and gracious. I had a really tough day on the Harley and he went out of his way to make me comfortable and hydrated. He even grabbed the last orange from the cupboard because he said I needed the Vit C. Now, where do you get this type of service! Many thanks!

Very nice hotel, the rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
Great service at the front desk with plenty of snacks available.
Breakfast was great and I like the open area by the front desk. Room was cozy and liked the Youtube TV.

It's hard to get tour buses in and out with our going over curbs with cars parked the way they do unless you put cones out for us so now car's park there?🚍🚍👍
