HI&S is my go to chain in the USA but this one was not as exceptional for the price versus others. The bed linen felt in need of a good wash. The breakfast was great however

I stayed at the Hilton in Scottsbluff and had such a great experience. The room was super clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. You can tell they really take care of the property.
The staff was amazing—everyone was so kind and helpful, which honestly made the stay even better. It’s always nice when you feel welcomed and taken care of.
The location was perfect and made everything easy while I was in town. Overall, it was just an easy, comfortable stay with zero stress. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Scottsbluff!

Staff good . Water bottles in room would have been nice . Usually expect in a higher end motel . Need more pool towels . Lighting in pool
Area needs replacing. Very dull . Like a breaking bad episode. My plug wasn’t tight enough to hold a plug

Staff was friendly & accommodating, breakfast was delicious! The room was not so clean; hair in the corners in the bathroom, sticky substance spilled on the coffee table & counters.
