Affordable say to see the Holiday Lights.
The hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Clean rooms. Just a 10 minute drive to the downtown area of festival lights and Northwester University. Only downside was that the doors on the rooms close very loudly.

The hotel is a quick and easy drive from everything you need. Being so close to a McDonalds was great for my kid as well. Not sure what is up with the run down looking Huddle House right in front of the hotel, but besides making it look suspect when 1st checking in, it doesn’t really cause any issues with the hotel itself.
