Cleanest Hotel Room Ever
A good sign of a clean room is when you can walk barefoot in the room and the bottom of your feet don't turn black (or stick to the floor, shod or not). Also, a CPAP will pick up the funky scents in a room, only to be breathed in at bed time. This room was probably the cleanest room we've ever stayed in, because our feet did not get dirty as we walked around barefoot and my CPAP did not have any strange scent when used. Staff was attentive and helpful, always with a smile. Great stay!

At check-in, the lady was rude. She acted as if I was bothering her by walking up to the front desk to check-in. She appeared to be having a personal conversation with a man also standing at the side of the front desk. She then gave me the wrong paperwork to sign at first, until I corrected her. She then gave me my room key with an attitude. The breakfast area was lacking. There were no eggs out on the buffet, no yogurt, and no bananas. The oatmeal looked like it had been sitting for several hours and had not been stirred or attended to. Truly mediocre staff working on Sunday through Monday morning. Check-out was great, and the gentleman who checked me out was very attentive and cordial.

Worst breakfast at a hampton inn that's I have ever experienced. The food was never ready or replenished quickly. I'm referring to the hot food. Orange juice machine didn't work. No towels for the pool. Staff didn't care about the breakfast lack of food, or towels. On the plus side, the room was big and very clean.

The issue we had was apparently whoever had the room before us had brought a dog and it had not been cleaned. The room smelled really bad with dog odor. At that time they also had an issue with the elevator and that was the last room available on the bottom level.
