Overbooking like airports.
They would not let me stay in the hotel because it was overbooked. I booked through their site so becareful. I know have this wonderful highly over rated charge as well.
Hard Bed
Not satisfied, bed was hard and uncomfortable. Had to check out early and could not get a refund. Do not recommend staying here.

Nice landscaped property with sidewalks and proper lighting allowed us to feel safe enough to enjoy an evening walk. Our dog especially likes to stretch her legs after riding in a car all day. Great pet hotel. Comfy beds and pillows.

I was thankful they accepted pets, however at $75 I thought the pet fee was excessive.

Great ! Only issue was our heater was unplugged it only got down to 65 so it wasn't unbearable we finally figured it out the next day
