We were tired from driving to our destination. We spent holidays with family and we came to hotel and had a great night's sleep.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites Chesapeake Square Mall. The staff was very friendly and professional and the breakfast good was great. I would stay there again.

The location and price point were nice, however it smelled of cigarette/weed smoke pretty much our entire stay. The room was dirty with a broken lamp. The bathroom appeared to have not been cleaned in quite some time. I don't ever expect much from a hotel breakfast but this one was undesirable and we ended up going out for breakfast the following morning.

I was charged taxes of $20.05 when I checked out. When I reserved room I paid taxes. Why am I charged taxes twice? My confirmation number is 87900986. If I do not receive a refund for these taxes, I will never use your services again and will tell everyone I know to not use your service due to not honoring our agreement.
