Good Hotel & Service
The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is courteous and friendly. Upon checking in we did request a room on another floor than the one originally assigned and the staff member was very accommodating to this request. Stay was a nice one.

Worst expierence ever. No hot water no remote for tv no a/c

Was highly disappointed both in Expedia for not knowing and/or sharing the fact that property was under construction. Also getting into an elevator that appeared to be held together by duct tape is rather disconcerting.
Having to get ice at the front desk because non of the floor machines worked was inconvenient.
Water in shower took forever to get even warm.
Breakfast was decent. Staff was pretty good.

I informed management about a leak from the refrigerator in my room, which has resulted in white and black mold growing due to the continuous moisture. Their response? A casual “sorry, we’re remodeling; hopefully, you’ll give us another chance when it’s done.” Really? Here’s a thought: how about not renting out rooms with mold in them at all? No one should have to wait for your remodel to avoid breathing in mold. I’ve attached a photo of the mold I showed management—something guests shouldn’t be dealing with in the first place.
