We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The bathroom was also large and well maintained. Everything felt fresh and welcoming.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. We really appreciated the quality and selection.

Valet damaged my vehicle & did not alert me. Did not notice until later. When staff was informed. Staff was rude & condescending and didn’t think to properly explain claim process. Was told 3 different stories of outcome. Finally at Checkout when asked about claim stated they couldn’t provide claim number. We had to wait to hear from adjuster and stated claim was put in Sunday night and to wait for email. Then still charged for night of valet even though they damaged my vehicle. Didn’t use valet for remainder of trip.

The room was clean but they only service the room certain days. There were 5 in the room and eventually crumbs and spills happen, toilet paper runs out. It was a pain to call dialy to get items. Breakfast had one gluten free option, cereal, which was mixed with gluten cereal. The fire alarm went off at 1am and we had to go down 8 flights of stairs to find out it was a false alarm. Would not stay again.
