We love staying at this hotel for all the convenience of the surroundings safe areas, the clean cleanliness of the hotel and I have not ran into one staff member that hasn't been so very helpful and polite.

Told not allowed to use pool due to no emergency phone there. No in room phones working to call front desk when needed assistance, told phones not hooked up yet. Front desk person extremely nice and helpful.

Staff was helpful if you needed anything, the A/C was excellent. It was never hot in the room, and you have stores and restaurants around too choose from đź‘Ť.

The only complaint I have is the hot water wasn’t working right. So I basically took cold showers. They let me use another room to shower in but it was the same. The issue was the whole hot water system.

Staff was friendly and eager to help. The rooms were clean and very nice. The only concern I had was the breakfast could have been better. I was adequate though. Overall it was a good stay.
