My family and I were traveling across the country we hadn't planned on staying the night in New Mexico but because of the winter storms we had to make arrangements. The process was quick and easy; I had an accident and am currently using a walker, the staff put us up in a handicap room which was convenient and helpful! Thank you so much for the kind employees for their help and kindness.
