Shocked by pet fee nearly the same as our room charge. Not disclosed at time of booking. I learned about this at check-in. By that time I could pay the fee or walk away and not get a refund. There's got to a better way here, rather than being held hostage by the hotel to whatever they want to charge

Our Bathroom Closet Mirror was Filthy (streaked, smudged, fingerprints). Otherwise, a clean room.

I booked online for about $130 but when i got to check in got charged $181.. decent hotel just wish i would've been told the actual price. Clean and nostly friendly!

We thought the beds were a little harder than we like, but everything else was awesome! Love the location. Breakfast was great! The whole hotel smelled so fresh, but not like the chemical cleaner/sterile smell. Service was great too!
