This is our 3rd stay. We travel to Houston every other week for work.
Every trip has had an issue, no hot water, elevator down and now ROACHES? I have 3 stays in May and i am cancelling them right now!

The elevator was not working after we came back from our concert. Wecould not get to the room as we were on the highest floor. When the elevator started working it was really late, so we checked out. Our floor was hot and smelled of weed. The front office staff was friendly. Kia was very helpful
