We stayed for the State Fair Heifer Show. It was close enough and had restaurants close by. The hotel was in a good location. Very easy to get to the Barn. The room was clean and comfortable.Would recommend.

The only thing that was a little negative was when we were informed we must pay $10.00 to park. Really? That's like being charged for a knife and a fork at a restaurant.

Pool area is lovely. Exercise room excellent. Mesquite rodeo vibe a lot of fun. Cowboy/State Fair room decor adorable. Large common area very nice both inside and outside. Wellness room very comfortable. Breakfast excellent and plentiful. Reception top notch staff.

Trash can at entry to lobby was overflowing with large amount of trash on ground. And charging #10 bucks to park was an insult.
