My stay was fine. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was in good shape. Room was cleaned regularly. It was a good place to stay.

Our stay was quite nice and welcoming. It was our second stay here. The pool was freezing and not heated but indoors. The hot tub needs to be drained and refilled every day as the usage was a lot but the hair and gray water were not welcoming.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was fairly clean and the breakfast was good. It was nice to have an indoor pool, but the hot tub was funky-not very clean and the jets didn’t work properly. The heater in my room broke, and they kind of fixed it. Due to the holidays there was only maid service 2 out of 4 days and I ran out of soap and shampoo. I did not ask for more, so it’s not entirely the hotel’s fault. It was convenient so I’d probably stay there again.

The mobile key did not work until we checked in at the desk even though the instructions said we didn't have to. Also there should have been instructions in the room regarding the tv remote being part of the app. We finally figured it out but it was frustrating searching for a non-existent remote!
