Had to stay here for two nights on my way to and from Chicago. September 16th and September 20th. And both nights were great, no problems at all. On the night of September 20th I accidently spilled my water bottle on the bed. Called the front desk and within minutes they were there with a new set of sheets and blankets. The staff was very friendly, room was clean, definitely a great stay and would stay here again!

Carpeting in rooms and hallway need to be replaced. Personnel were excellent.

Carpet needs replaced in hallway of 2nd floor.

Out of both coffees limited choices for breakfast.

No problem of any kind.

Helpful and friendly staff, fair pricing, safe location. Would recommend!

This was a great place to stay, so clean and so friendly.

check in is supposed to be 4 PM. We got there at 6:30PM and had 2 rooms reserved but they were not ready. They told us they only had 3 housekeepers because one had an emergency. We had just driven 5 hours, one of us was sick and the our son had just graduated from the Marine Corps boot camp the day prior so everyone was exhausted. We had to load everything back in our car, and we went to eat. They told us when we got back that they had the rooms ready 15 minutes after we left, but it was still a huge inconvenience - it was 2.5 past check in time. The A/C unit in one of our rooms literally fell completely apart and the rooms were apparently facing a busy road because all we heard all night was traffic. In addition, I chose to "pay at property" but my credit card was charged earlier that day, way before check in time and I would like to know why. The general manager refunded us $20 per room for the late check-in incident.

Super great breakfast in the morning. Coffee and tea all day. Convenient to shopping and 1 exit (less than 2 miles) from the casino. Super friendly desk associates. Helpful and so nice. We stay here every year. Great pool and exercise room too
