The room is very clean. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and there are many kind of food to choose to eat. The cook (Deb) is a very good cook. Sherra is very friendly and helpful. The staff are working hard and friendly. We are very please during our stay here. Please keep up your good work. God Bless you and your business. Thank you so much for your hard work. Great Hotel
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very professional and friendly. The best thing about the room was the number of handicapped bars in the bathroom. Especially around the bathtub. They made my life much easier. Thank you.

Very Pleasant Stay!
We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites in West Bend. Very clean facilities and very friendly staff. Great breakfast, with many selections. We will be sure to stay here again on our next visit and look for other Hampton Inns when we are traveling to other states. Very pleasant experience.

My stay was for a week, and it was wonderful. The room was very clean, the breakfasts were amazing, and that staff incredible! Especially want to give a shout out to Patty, and Noah! They were a huge help to me. It was so good, I am coming again in July!

The bed was horrible. I chose a Hampton/Hilton specifically because we have always found their beds to be extremely comfortable. The room we had was beautiful. Big and spacious, nice amenities and pretty clean but it felt like we slept on a bunch of rocks with a blanket over them. That was disappointing.

The hot tub was out of order which was very disappointing. At check in we requested that our son have an adjoining room. He had requested that when he made his reservation. Not only did we not have adjoining rooms but we weren’t even on the same floor. They were able to move next to us the 2nd night but packing up and moving 6 people is a pain.
