Not a great experience.
I will say the bed was comfortable and it was clean. We arrived at 5:30 and only one of our rooms were ready. I thought it was pricey for double beds and they were having an issue with the keys and had to be escorted to our rooms everytime we left, very annoying. Probably would not stay there again.

I want to give a BIG shout out and THANK YOU to Dee at the Front Desk for always having a great attitude, a smile on her face and the type of personality that makes someone keep coming back to this hotel. She goes above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and helped us even more this last trip to Evansville by placing us in room 112, right off the lobby, so my sister wouldn’t have so far to walk to the room. She didn’t have to do that, but she did. We are so grateful for her. Next on my list is Sue who always puts out a wonderful breakfast for her guests. She cares about her job and works hard to provide a variety of foods that are healthy, delicious and fresh. She always has a smile for us and asks us how we’ve been, just like family. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry and I can tell you that finding gems like the two ladies I’ve mentioned is not an easy task. They know “it’s the little things that make a BIG difference” when people are choosing where to stay and these ladies make traveling better. Thank you ladies! See you next time!

I was greeted with a smile each time I entered the hotel. My room was clean and comfortable when I walked in the door.

Very clean and comfortable. Well worth the price at this Inn. My only complaint is the Hampton Inn limited TV viewing. I realize you can’t please everyone but having the ability to access my own streaming service (ROKU) would make it a perfect stay.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing. Very cold outside but the bed and bedding was very cozy. Will definitely stay here again.
