Nice and comfortable. Convenient location but a couple minor issues with the room.
Our room was clean but the sink was backed up and draining very slow. There was also a large crack in the shower tiles.
Room is perfect for us. Handicapped room.

The desk clerk was unfriendly. When she asked me questions she didn't listen to my answers and literally did the opposite of my answers. Then she booked me in a room that had not been cleaned yet. She seemed pre occupied and disinterested.

Of the six hotels that we stayed at during our vacation, this was the best hotel. Staff was great and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was cleaning the tables and restocking the food. Would recommend this hotel and if the opportunity arises would stay here again. Thank you to all of the staff for an excellent stay.

Trash outside elevator was over full for 3 nights. Hallway smelled from the trash.
Coffee was very tasteless/weak even the dark roast.

The staff was so personalable, the breakfast was delicious, rooms were immaculate. I will be staying here again when I visit my daughter in college every month. This is such a good deal too.
