Friendly staff and clean. Beach access was perfect. Basic clean hotel room decent breakfast.

They allow dogs to stay in hotels. I did not like that. Dogs belong to their own hotel.

Didn't like most anything about it.

After we checked in we went to the room and found bugs on the floor, on the bed, under the bed, and hair on the pillows. It looks like the sheets were not changed as well for us. When I went to the reception to let them know about these issues the lady that checked us in told that the booking was made through a third party so she could not do anything to refund us or switch the room which was nonsense to us. We were not asking for a refund or switch the rooms, we wanted them just to take action and fix these issues. We stayed there 4 nights and they were supposed to come at least every other day to clean the room and change the sheets but they came there once after going to the reception more than four times to remind to do it, they came clean it and didn’t even change the sheets. We planned this only vacation months ago but the stay there was the worst ever. It’s pity in such a beautiful beach to have such service. It was our first time in Destin but the worst hotel and staff we ever met. I don’t recommend this place at all on my opinion it’s a waste of money because almost ruined our family vacation. I will never forget this: our two kids crying the first night after they saw the bugs, they wanted to go back home because they were scared to sleep in that room and me and my wife trying to calm them down. Definitely don’t recommend this place, its horrible!

This was a small hotel amongst much larger properties. It was easy to navigate and easy to get to the beach. The staff was excellent - friendly and efficient.

Didn’t expect to pay for parking at a hotel I am staying at.

Everything’s ok except tub not draining well and some rust on the drain area

The breakfast bar was nicely stocked.

We had a lovely time at the Hampton Inn! Our view was great and the breakfast was delicious.
