The room was fine and the staff was very friendly. However, I was charged $35 for parking in the overflow lot which I never used. I am a 100% disabled veteran and parked just outside the door in a handicap parking spot. I parked there Friday afternoon at 3 o’clock and left Saturday morning at 10 o’clock and was charged $35 to park in that handicap spot. I was not told that I would be charged $35 for parking in a handicap spot for less than 18 hours. I called to complain and talk to the front desk and was told there’s nothing they can do. I feel like I have been completely ripped off and will never stay at another Hampton Inn.

I’m was clean and well appointed. Like that it still maintained the historic feel of the area we were in as did the entire hotel.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable.
The water was excellent in the sense that it was very hot which I needed.
The staff was very friendly, we arrived before check in and they were able to check us in early.
My only complaint was the TV, wasn’t able to use it.
