Excellent service all the way around.
We always stay at the Hampton Inn in Paragould when we come in for family visits. They rooms are nice, all of the employees are super nice, friendly and helpful if you need something. They have a full breakfast that is always good as well. I wouldn’t stop anywhere else.
Bathtub wouldn’t drain bathroom door wouldn’t close.
Ran out of food n coffee at 9am We had a five star stay four days ago.
Really Disappointed!
What hotel runs out of plates? Could of sent someone across the street to get some. Front desk person on the 8th needs some training in customer service. Breakfast dishes and coffee were not refilled on the 7th of July. Attendant acted like she didn't know what to do. My family had 8 rooms reserved. We have stated here often and it has always been great. Very disappointed with this stay. You need to send someone from corporate to check it out.

Well, they were having trouble with their computer as I was checking in. After I was in my room relaxing, suddenly the door was opened and a man stepped in, realized the room was occupied and closed the door quickly. The lady at the front desk said the mistake was made because the computer was down. I was allowed to stay past checkout because I had a late afternoon appointment.
