Property is clean and safe. Unfortunately, our room was stuffy without having a bathroom fan. The windows don’t open so we felt airflow was restricted. Our air conditioner was not keeping up either. When I told the front desk as we were checking out, she just said she’d take note of it.

Pros: Clean room, clean hotel. Wonderful complimentary breakfast with lots of options. Great location, close to metro line and the Santa Monica pier.
Cons: The water pressure in the shower was pretty terrible. The hot tub was in dire need of being cleaned/treated, and the pool was freezing cold. It’s under a roof so it doesn’t get much sun.

On the down side, right next door to metro train line trains making loud beeping sound when leaving station, kept me awake. Breakfast whilst reasonable the no of tables is ridiculous only about 15 for a large hotel. Parking is valet only with tips and tax it's about $60 a day.
On the upside, the room we had was a corner room with a balcony and was pleasant.although we did pay for that.
