Overall I was very comfortable. The lack if bell services was hard for me as I am an older person and had several bags. Thankfully a couple of other guests lent a hand. Also there were many homeless folks next to the hotel. They didn’t bither me at all and my heart goes out to them. It just mase me anxious to walk my dog there.

I liked how close and walkable the property was to the shopping center plus the pier and many other stores to explore. There was the train as well.

2 mins walk from the pier. Close to stores (Target and Trader Joe’s), and restaurants. Some people without homes, but I found them minding their own business and harmless. Overall if you are looking to stay close to the pier and amenities then is is a good place to stay.

Staff did not follow thru on requests (e.g., needed an extra pillow but it was never delivered, not enough towels (4 people but only 3 towels), no late checkout, homeless people around the property, human feces on the sidewalk which we just weren’t expecting.
