Nicole at the front desk was very nice and professional. We had an issue with the first room, and she gave us a new one right away. The pool area was small but nice. The breakfast was good

Everything was wonderful during our stay, which was cut short by a power outage at Ford Field. We hope to be back!!!
Your front desk staff was THE most friendly and helpful! We travel a lot and many times they just aren’t very energetic, but the young lady who helped us find dinner options was a great listener and gave us advice we could use. Then, upon checkout, the gentleman was amazing through all the chaos.
We will be back!
