The front desk person at this property (Kailee - not sure of spelling) was so kind and welcoming. Based on her kindness, and the comfort of my room, I would certainly come back again. Highly recommend.

The staff and the building were great! 5 stars for them.
The only downside is that the guest directly above had pets and children that were running around early in the morning and late at night.
My suggestion would be to place the guests with pets on the ground floor so that it doesn’t feel like a stampede is happening above you.

I was on the 3rd floor and despite the hotel not being very busy, a room was booked directly above me with people that literally stomped and walked around their room ALL night long! You could literally hear each and every step they took.
The staff at the hotel was AMAZING despite not getting any sleep.
