The pool and room were clean. The vending machines don't work. The checkin guy charged us $50 for room damage and didnt refund at my bank. Yes, a small town hotel. Not Gatlinburg.

Hampton Inn was very clean and the staff were incredibly nice and friendly. There aren’t many options in the area however this hotel is by far the best.
