Everything was great.
Enjoyed our stay
As usual, it was the employees that worked hard to determine a great stay for me. Softball team was loud, but the minute my door was shut it was silent. Even had fireworks and fierce storm, but slept perfectly!

Pool was closed but they sent us to a BEAUTIFUL country club facility. Honestly, that made up for an uncomfy fold out couch, too, lots of food close. Will stay here for the next tournament. I hope the pool is still broken :-)

Upon arrival I was told that the pool, the back entrance, and an elevator were out of order. Additionally, the air controls in the room would only blow heat or cold. To the credit of the staff another room was offered, they had a deal with a local gym's pool, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very helpful.
The hotel needs some upkeep in the areas listed to receive a top rating.
