When you are just traveling and need a place to stay in Knoxville that is comfortable, clean and have a great staff at a reasonable rate, this is a great choice.

breakfast selection was poor, other than that it was good

We stayed in room 605. This room is on the corner of Henley & W Main Street. There was traffic late night into the morning on these streets, constantly waking us up. The window does not block the noise very well. There were packages of ear plugs available on the night stands! You can't make this stuff up.. The rooms facing the parking lot would have been much better. However we came in later, expecting a quiet room.

The pool was not open due to a maintenance issue of some kind. We were referred to the YMCA and were told we could use that facility for an additional charge. The parking was fine, but we thought a $30 per night charge to use it was excessive on top of the charges we already paid for the hotel. Knoxville is strictly a money making town for not just residents, but tourists. You had to pay just about everywhere for parking and handicapped people should not have to pay to park. I needed parking to be convenient for me as I have asthma and balance issues walking. As to the staff, they were the most professional kind folks I have encountered in a hotel in a long time. Check in was seamless and the gal that attended to us Monique was a true gem. The breakfast was excellent. The room was fine,

Staff is excellent! Parking is ample, room and property very clean. However I wasn’t expecting to need to wear earplugs (provided by hotel) in an attempt to drown out all the traffic noise. Also the mattress was well past due being replaced.

Clean room, friendly staff, convenient location and paid parking on the premises. We would stay there again

The staff was so helpful, greeting us each time we passed and quick to answer any questions that came up. The team working the morning breakfast did a great job to keep it freshly stocked and grab anything my family needed. Parking was conveniently on site. Location was walkable to the University campus, and the area around the hotel was great for dining.
