We chose this hotel specifically for the outdoor space. It was very disappointing. The ground, all furniture and umbrellas etc was in disrepair and dirty.

There was no shower gel in the shower. The shower was very dirty. The bed and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast (eggs/sausage) were disgusting. I am not a traveler to ever complain but this was not a good experience . However, the coffee was excellent.

This was the worst hotel I have EVER stayed. The hotel was old and run down, albeit it was supposedly undergoing a remodel (I didn’t see anything). The blackout shades were dry rotted and torn. Someone had tried to repair it with electrical tape, which didn’t work so someone put a binder clip on it!! Pillows were extremely small, AC came on and off about every 2 minutes, light bulb out, and the shower had sliding doors where the handles would fall off when you pulled them. Overall despicable! With over 1000 nights stayed at hotels, I would never stay here again!

There was a tornado the 2nd night of our stay...no power to the hotel for the remaining 3 nights of out stay. Ended up fracturing my toe due to the hotels emergency security lights not on on our floor and having to find a new hotel with power to stay at with a pet... Can't leave my pet in a dark, hot hotel room. All our food and supplies ruined in the fridge.. Would not recommend if a storm is expected to pass through.
