Always stay here when traveling from out of town....good location very convenient to access shopping....Last 2 times i have stayed th hot tubwas out of service but not a deterrent from staying there again

We were homeless after trying to stay at a Red Roof Inn Parent's Weekend, but we immediately moved further away from where we wanted to be because the Hampton Inn was clean, friendly, and didn't completely price gouge like the other somewhat local hotels.

Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the room was not fully cleaned. Mirrors and desks were visibly dirty. Food was left in the refrigerator by a prior guest. We notified the front desk twice. The room was never cleaned. The hotel was sold out and they did not have another room to move my family. As a result, we were left to sanitize the entire room ourselves to feel comfortable. Inappropriate and unacceptable.

Linda greeted us upon arrival. Was super helpful and amazing. The house keeper Bridget was so helpful with anything we needed. I have stayed at allof of hotels due to traveling but this one was the best so far. I truly enjoyed it so much. Hospitality was amazing. I cant remember the young lady who worked Saturday night name. But she was so helpful and did such an awesome job. Rooms were cleaned and spotless. Shampoo and conditioner and lotio were available to us in the rooms. I will definitely stay here again!
