The facility was clean and the staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The only issue was due to maintenance of the pool, the gym was not accessible.

The attention of the staff and everything was excellent, except for the cleanliness of the bathroom, since they are used by different visitors, they should be checked before handing over the rooms to ensure that they are very clean and disinfected, especially around the toilets.

No one ever cleaned the room. Had to pick up towels and supplies from front desk daily. Could tell sheets were not clean and comforter had makeup on it. Was using a walker and tripped 3 times on rugs in entryway. Was not worth what we paid.

Young girls yelling, laughing, running up and down halls.
Called twice down to the front desk. They tried to help but still very loud and disruptive. This was around midnight. The GM said nothing she would do for us so we checked out and went to H.I. Express down the street. Very nice hotel and very helpful. Won't stay at Hampton again.
