It had everything we needed. Clean.
Shaunte was very helpful and professional. Went out of her way to help me.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
HUBBY and I STAYED OVER A SATURDAY NIGHT TO ATTEND A CONCERT. JASON and DARRELL AT THE FRONT DESK WERE SO HELFUL SHOWING ME HOW TO CONNECT TO THE HOTEL WiFi FOR MY KINDLE and HOW TO ORDER AN UBER. THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN and UP TO HAMPTON STANDARDS. BREAKFAST FREE WAS FILLING LOTS OF VARIETY and PARKING WAS FREE. WE WERE ABLE TO BOOK A ROOM LAST MINUTE FOR AN EXCELLENT PRICE. LOCATION CONVENIENT.
Friendly Service at it best.

You could tell the staff was diligent and consistent with the level of care and attentiveness to this hotel! Although not in the best part of town. The staff and cleanliness is what gave this a FIVE STAR review. The * only thing I would have changed are the pillows I would have preferred a bit more firm structure to the pillow to provide more support. But I have nothing negative to say about the staff and how well they communicate ant the desk and housekeeping maintain the property. So grateful for these folks! It shows their hard work.

As usual for the Hampton Inn, the room was clean, the breakfast good, the staff friendly and polite. The broken elevator and poor, jerky, even scary condition of the other elevator was worrisome. That management taped up a notice warning that the elevator might be slow to arrive and that its doors might take a minute to open suggested they found this condition acceptable. There was no indication of any plans to repair it. Surrounding the bathtub were appropriate safety bars yet the tub’s bottom had no strips or mat designed to help prevent falls. My only other concern, rather minor, was a bedside clock that emitted a strong white light. Perhaps some would not care but I had to throw a couple of towels over it in order to get to sleep. Otherwise, this hotel seemed satisfactory to me. But note, the location does not offer any walkable restaurants or bars
