Rude Manager Wrong Room.
I booked my room four weeks in advance. I arrived at the hotel and the manager gave me the keys. I walked in the room and it was completely different than the room I booked. He then gave me an attitude and said they didn’t have any king rooms even though I paid and booked one. He then said I could leave and find somewhere else to stay. He was so rude.
Nice but No WiFi or TV.
We don't go to a hotel to watch TV and were told the WiFi was out when we arrived late Thursday for a weekend wedding. We weren't told it would be out all weekend. Then even local stations on the TV weren't available by Friday for the rest of the weekend. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. We were grateful it wasn't a working weekend for us as it would have been quite inconvenient. Besides that, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Felt some compensation should have been provided for the inconvenience.

Booked room through Expedia online received confirmation room was available and got confirmation #
Arrived only to find out that my room I booked was not available staff tells me happens all the time when booking through a 3rd party like it was no big deal .Put me in another cheaper room with 2 queens no balcony or view and tv didn’t work which they knew after I confronted the staff about it. No compensation on my room was offered!!

Really enjoyed this stay. The staff were very nice considering a mixup with overbooking, but thankfully I was able to keep my reservation without any added stress. We came from about 8 hours away and were treated super nicely. Room and lobby were spotless, and also made it even nicer than we were only 5 minutes away from our venue! Also, Starbucks being in the building - HUGE PLUS.

When we arrived, they couldn’t find our reservation, but that was due to hotel.com and not their side. We got to our first room and there was no TV. They moved us rooms. The AC didn’t work, but they had someone come up and flip a breaker and it worked just fine. Little tiny hiccups, but the amazing staff made it easy to transition . This is such a great location for lots of things to do around the city. The street car stopped right in front of the hotel, which is awesome to use!
