I traveled w my handicap uncle and didn’t end up in the handicap room but she fixed it and made things so much easier for us! The phone didn’t work in the 1st room so guest services sent up a very nice and fast man to replace it w a brand new 1! When we checked in, parking was explained and free breakfast hours! The girls all went above and beyond. Breakfast is exceptional imo! We will always stay here from now on! The headboards have some peeling on them but didn’t bother us. Was thrilled to have a fridge for his meds and a microwave in the room! U have to use your room key to go up on the elevators as an extra safety measure! Had the perfect stay!

A remodel has taken place since we stayed here last. Partying guests above us kept us awake much of the night and made the stay less than ideal.
The breakfast needs some work, boxed eggs are gross and not much variety or nutritional choices.

The best part was the breakfast. The beds were not comfortable and the front desk staff wasn’t very pleasant. Seems bothered if we placed a request.
