This was our second time staying here and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are always so clean and the rooms and hallways smell amazing. The beds are extremely comfortable too. The staff have always been very friendly and always greet you as you walk in or out. They constantly text to ask if there’s anything f they can do for you and to see if you need anything. We were there for a marathon this time, so we only grabbed eggs to go, but good as always. Definitely a great hotel. I highly recommend staying there if you’re in the Indy area.

The rooms were just perfect for our needs. The facility is close to IMS and the IMS museum. The only downside was one night had a MMA event in the event center and there was insufficient parking for those staying at the hotel. We had to park in the fire lanes. A further complication was someone pulled the fire alarm at 6:00 AM on Sunday morning. We assume this doesn’t happen much. 🏎️😕🚒🚒

Front desk employees like Gabriella were always welcoming and nice. Alicia who was running the breakfast area every morning was sweet and wonderful. Always hustling.
The ones in the bar area didn't have it quite together when it came to offering a restaurant style dining. So we left and went elsewhere.

Clean room. Good internet. Could log into my Netflix. Breakfast was good and served until 10am, which was a great bonus for those who like to sleep in. I would definitely stay here again

We didn't get the room we booked and pre-paid for. There was not a single parking spot on site. There was a kickboxing event going on with hundreds of people wandering all over the hotel. Woken up at 2:30am to people fighting in the hallway outside our room. Woken up again at 5:30 because someone pulled the fire alarm. Terribly run hotel. Will not go back.
