This is twice I have been to the hotel. Breakfast is good!

Good property.

Very well kept - very nice rooms. The hotel is fairly new - the breakfast was you know - the kind you would expect - but the pool and the gym were really nice. Lousy coffee. but I noticed a starbucks is opening soon right across the parking lot. It is a bit of a hike to Boston - about twenty minutes - but all in all - a very good place to stay.

The hotel was clean & welcoming. The staff was pleasant, accommodating & efficient. We would absolutely stay here again. Absolutely recommend this if you are in the Boston or surrounding areas and need a nice hotel on a budget that is not subpar and their breakfast is very good too.

Enjoyed our stay. Service, room and breakfast all good. Liked the restaurants un same parking lot. Easy to get to Salem.

Overall great stay, but a little disapointed in the breakfast.

The property from The outside looked great but it wasn’t as clean and you can tell the rooms were a little worn out

Rooms were clean and well equipped. Loved having a fridge and microwave. Everything was nice and quiet until the last morning of our stay when a house keeps was talking/yelling so loud in the halls it woke us up.

When we first got in we were asked for a credit card. When booking with hotels.com I received a receipt for $600+ dollars which said paid. I didn’t bring the credit card I had used to book because I had assumed I paid already. Luckily I was able to have a family memeber call over the number but this made check in very inconvenient. For the room, it was clean but the bathroom outlet was broken, exposing inside of the wall and the ceiling looked as if it was peeling. And the hotel is definitely not accommodating at all when it comes to food sensitivities and allergies. There were no gluten free options to purchase as well as no gluten free options for the breakfast. And for that reason we probably wouldn’t stay there again.
