Hotel did great under the circumstances (Hurricane Milton). Unit was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was pleasant, accommodating and very hardworking.
Pool Area
Pool area needs updates never any pool towels and most lounge chairs are cracked.

Purchased room during hurricane. Had NO availability but then tried not to refund me for not having rooms, even as far as LYING to Expedia. After much back and forth with Expedia, I finally received my monies back. This hotel is dirty and staff are terrible

Very rundown motel with very hard mattresses and small pillows that give no support for your neck. Phone in the room didn’t work and no attempt was made to replace the phone. Breakfast offered no protein at all. Couldn’t get a glass of milk. Our bathroom floor was dirty.
