The hotel was older and conditions showed it - damage to doors, walls, etc. The room was clean but had an odd, unpleasant smell. Rooms open to the parking lot, so when cars start in the morning they're very easily heard inside the rooms. Breakfast is basic - some bagels, English muffins, yogurt, fruit and a waffle maker.

I would have mandatory checks if the rooms prior to rent out. The room was clean to a certain extent such as they had some hair from prior renters in the bathroom and the iron was broken but overall better than the last hotel I stayed at. Convenient area to shopping, restaurants, gas, etc.

It was ok for fhe short time that i had. I jusf wish that had different food chooses they had the same thing. When i had to be there just time. The room was not the cleanest.

My overall stay was okay I didn’t like the fact that my floor didn’t look swept or mopped I didn’t like the way the bed was made up it

Ants all over the bathroom. Although they did enjoy snacking on the large spider I had to kill in the bathroom. This is a $55.00 a night motel at best.

I requested 4 rooms for several days and PAID THEM UP FRONT for my employees. We are construction company with many new projects in the area. Once my guys showed up to check in they THAN mentioned they needed extra deposits and extra fees. Vin was extremely rude and could not explain to me in detail. Very short notice as my employees were already there to check in. We did as we were asked becuase like i stated, my guys were already there. But as a company who will be redoing many commerical buildings in Franklin this upcoming year - year and half, we will not be staying here.
