The staff was friendly, and it’s obvious an effort is being made to improve the property overall, but we were disappointed with the room. Despite it being a non-smoking room, the room and bedding smelled faintly of smoke, there were cigarette burns on the duvet cover, there were hair/beard clippings on the bathroom counter, the was a thick layer of dust on the sink’s backsplash, the TV remote was sticky, and the ceiling above the shower was sagging and cracked as if there had been water damage that was never repaired.

Stayed here for 2 nights while attending MS State game. At first sight I was nervous, however the room was clean, staff was super friendly, the area was safe & the breakfast was an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again!

Very professional staff did not say my room number or other info in public hearing range etc, efficient staff who respond promptly to questions when i called the front desk needing a few things from town. All as expected. Very good experience overall.
