Why people rate as poor is beyond us! Receptionist was friendly accommodating. Vending machine is empty but who cares. Beautiful pool jacuzzi must be under repair. Great location!

To hot in hallways leading into rooms which kept rooms to hot the elevator button to go to the first floor is broken so you can go up but only could go to the second floor down then had to take stairs. Eggs and sausage was cold at breakfast.

don't let the pictures fool you. if you book on expedia you apparently book a "cheap room" which is not in the main hotel that is in the pictures; it is in seperate building with exterior doors. the room smelled horrible and the heater didn't work. it was 38 degrees outside and the room was freezing cold. One of the front desk guys came and pushed some buttons but it wouldn't work. Finally they did move us to the main building but it was an ordeal. Then AJ at the desk was an arrogant jerk after moving us he starts laughing and yells "are you happy now?" I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

Check in was fine, but my room keys kept not working. I had to get new room keys on three different occasions inside 24 hours.
Room was ok, but had a bit of a smoker smell and as someone with asthma, that wasn't awesome. Not enough to flare anything up with myself, but others who are worse off than me would probably have had a issue.
Breakfast was an average with eggs, sausage and available carb options.
Location was great, price was right.
Would I stay here again? Coin toss at best.
