Half the light switches and lights worked. No tissues in holder. Bed very poorly made; just the bedspread up, covers without smoothing and pillows not touched. Horrible bed. Upon arrival, had to navigate cords and cleaning equipment down entire hall, and our door was unlocked and open. Towels extremely thin. Bed uncomfortable, it crunched when you sat on it. Will never stay at this, or probably any Quality Inn again.

We stayed one night and prepaid through hotels.com. At check in my credit card info was taken which is normal for damages, etc. Upon returning home I saw a $25 charge on my card that didn't go away for several days. I couldn't find a phone number for the hotel so I called Choice Hotels. I found out the $25 was for a dog in our room. We didn't have a dog in our room. The Choice Hotels rep put me on hold and tried to call the hotel to remove the charge. No one answered the phone at 5 p.m.! I got the phone number for the hotel from the rep and called myself. I asked the hotel clerk, who had actually checked me, in to remove the dog charge. He insisted I had a dog. I told him that a couple who checked in about the same time had a dog and he charged the wrong room for the dog. He said he'd have someone check the room the next day and I should call back. I have no idea what checking the room several days after we checked out would accomplish to determine that we didn't have a dog in the room. We argued and then the clerk hung up on me. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge and hopefully it gets reversed and not challenged by the hotel. One night and a lot of hassle for the mistake of the clerk. On check in and check out be sure the staff at this hotel are not making mistakes, intentional or otherwise. They know nothing about customer service.
