Santa Monica Pier & Boardwalk. This is directly from their website www.santamonicapier.org "Are dogs allowed on the pier? Dogs are allowed on the pier as long as they are on a leash but they are not allowed into businesses and Pacific Park. Also, dogs are also allowed on the surrounding boardwalks, but not on the beach, as long as they are leashed." I found that all the vendors and most of the visitors were very friendly towards dogs even my 95 lb Rottie , asking me questions about her, asking to pet her, etc. Even the food vendors were willing to provide water in dog friendly ways.
